Dr. Kathryn Petersen, DO

I am passionate about empowering individuals throughout their pregnancy journeys. As a mother myself, I understand the importance of providing support and guidance during this transformative time. I firmly believe that healtchare should be accessible to everyone, and I am dedicated to reducing health disparities in pregnancy care.

Through my practice, I strive to equip my patients with simple yet powerful steps to enhance their pregnancy and postpartum experiences, enabling them to achieve optimal wellbeing and embrace the joys of parenthood.

Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment

Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is a hands-on method used by osteopathic physicians (DOs) to diagnose, treat, and prevent illness or injury.

DOs use OMT to move a patient’s muscles and joints using techniques that include stretching, gentle pressure, and resistance.

Inclusive and Empowering Care

Pregnancy is an exciting and transformative time, and we are committed to helping you navigate it with strength and confidence.

Our doors are open to all expecting parents: We are LGBTQ+ friendly. We recognize and seek to decrease racial healthcare disparities. Accomodations can be made for neurodivergent individuals and people with disabilities. We firmly believe money should not be a barrier to receiving adequate care.

We honor diversity and understand that each pregnancy is unique. We'll work together, building a treatment plan that suits your individual needs and empowers you to be an active participant in your health and the health of your unborn child.
